This is an Aqatan named Emendi Aspir, whose age is equivalent to 13 Earth years.

She's very hands-on, and once she gets started on a project she will finish it.

When she first arrived on TOA, she didn't like the way her rebreather affected her voice,
so she spent a few weeks tinkering with it until it sounded the same whether she had it on or off.
